Dr. Bogdan Mihai Radu
A PhD lecturer in Political Sciences at the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences, Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Dr. Radu’s research focuses on political culture in modern democracies. His work explores the evolution of civil society in post-communist contexts and examines youth participation in religious organizations, offering deep insights into the drivers of democratic values. His academic background and extensive research equip him to guide NGOs in integrating sustainable impact strategies.
Dr. Daniela Angi
A sociologist and scientific researcher at the Faculty of Political, Administrative, and Communication Sciences, Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Daniela Angi specializes in the intersection between civil society and democracy. Her research covers civic engagement, particularly among young people, as well as educational inequalities and civic education. Her analytical approach and expertise in societal trends make her a valuable resource for understanding and measuring social impact.
Paula Beudean
Paula Beudean is a facilitator and consultant in social innovation, fundraising, design thinking, systems thinking, and storytelling.
Paula has 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector in Romania and abroad. A former journalist, she began her career in the NGO world, working for six years in fundraising, PR, and project management for initiatives dedicated to children, families, and vulnerable communities.
Since 2012, she has been involved in programs focused on entrepreneurial education, design thinking, storytelling, and fundraising for young entrepreneurs and NGO professionals from Romania and 15 other European countries. Additionally, since 2008, she has been an adjunct professor at Babeș-Bolyai University, within the Department of Public Administration and Management, teaching courses on fundraising, NGO management, social entrepreneurship, and social innovation.
At the beginning of 2022, she founded C.School for Creative Acts, a startup dedicated to helping young people and organizations explore their creative confidence and use it to change lives and communities. In 2024 alone, Paula worked directly with over 450 entrepreneurs or aspiring entrepreneurs, and in the past three years, only within the Stup community of Banca Transilvania, she has delivered 21 storytelling workshops.
Paula holds a master’s degree in International Development and an MPA in NGO Management from Babeș-Bolyai University. She was awarded a one-year study scholarship in Nonprofit Leadership and Community Development at the University of Delaware (US) and is a graduate of the Executive Education program in Corporate Social Responsibility at McGill University (Canada).
